    FAP DEMERGES BUSINESS DIVISION AND ANNOUNCES MEZZANINE FUND
    FAP has demerged its business division for institutional investors to form a separate company, FAP Invest GmbH. The new company offers institutional investors advice on and access to attractive real estate debt investments as well as direct investments. FAP is also launching a Luxembourg real estate debt fund.

As an additional opportunity to gain exposure to the real estate debt sector, FAP Invest GmbH will be launching its first fund, the FAP Real Estate Capital Fund, in the fourth quarter of 2017. An initial sub-fund will focus on the allocation of subordinated capital for German real estate and development projects. FAP Invest GmbH will act as investment advisors on behalf of the fund manager.
